The successful television take on the Lethal Weapon movies earned a second season order fairly quickly. But up until now, we didn’t know when Lethal Weapon season 2 would be heading to the UK.

Now we do.

ITV has confirmed that it’s picked up the rights to show the programme in the UK, and it’s planning to run series from early January. Clayne Crawford and Damon Wayans star as Riggs and Murtaugh in the show.

The series premiere is the episode El Gringo Loco. UPDATE: it’s now been confirmed that it’ll screen on Friday January 12th 2018.
