Big names and a juicy plot helmed by dab hands in the comedy world, here’s all the information out about Mini War:

The latest release about the comedy project has dropped even more iconic names to the already glittering list of cast members. As production continues, it seems as though more familiar faces are joining the feature.

What’s Mini War about?

The films story will follow a lazy but likeable pothead who is unexpectedly blessed with an out-of-the-blue inheritance from his uncle, he finds himself at the helm of a mini golf course. Recognising he’s out of his depth at such a mammoth task of managing a key piece of his uncle’s legacy, he decides to use the money to maybe finally get off his couch and build up a life for himself. However, his hunt for a suitable buyer is impeded by a powerful force – the owner of the go-kart tracks across the road who would love nothing more than to raise the mini course to the ground. The ensuing war entangles not only the two leads, but the entire local community.

the current cast list includes Brett Gelman (Fleabag), Kevin Nealon (Just Go with It), Rob Morgan (Don’t Look Up), Luke Wilson (Idiocracy), Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical) and Nick Swardson (Grandma’s Boy).

Who’s behind it?

The film is being written by Swardson and Allen Covert (The Wedding Singer), with Joel David Moore (Hatchet) directing.
