A short story is now set for the silver screen after being snapped up for an adaptation, here’s the latest information on Renegades:

The latest release on the upcoming project has let us know that what was once a short story is now set to be put into the world of features. The newest info has announced details about the people behind bringing the adaptation to life.

What’s Renegades about?

Plot details are currently being kept under lock and key. The writer, Will Simmons, has previously been behind projects such as the Sleepy Hollow remake and an adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s sci-fi action graphic novel Hardcore. The only information currently out about the story is that it will be an action thriller.

Who’s behind it?

In addition to Simmons, Jonathan Goldstein (Dungeons & Dragons) will be directing the feature alongside John Francis Daley (Game Night), Hutch Parker (Venom: The Last Dance) is attached as a producer. Goldstein and Daley will also produce alongside Parker, with Brittany Morrissey (Devil’s Due) will executive produce the project.
