BBC One will broadcast Miranda: My Such Fun Celebration later on in 2019…
Miranda will be celebrating its 10th anniversary later this year with a special show called Miranda: My Such Fun Celebration at The London Palladium, which will then air on BBC One. Miranda Hart and the rest of the cast are plotting to reunite for the first time since 2015’s New Year’s Day special, and they’ll be reminiscing about how the series has evolved in the decade since it first aired in 2019.
“What happened with my sitcom and comedy alter-ego over the last 10 years has been unexpected to say the least, so it’s very moving for me to have the chance to celebrate and thank my cast and the fans from The Palladium stage,” said Hart. “We are hoping to put together a what I call a such fun hour of television for them all.”
Hart will be making an appearance on the big screen again in February of next year, as she is playing Miss Bates in Autumn de Wilde’s adaptation of the Jane Austen novel, Emma. She stars opposite Anya Taylor-Joy (Split) and Johnny Flynn (Beast) in the film.
We’ll update you on the planned air date for Miranda: My Such Fun Celebration as soon as one is announced.
