Stan Lee’s Lucky Man is getting ready to return for a third season, which will see Detective Inspector Harry Clayton visit Hong Kong for a new adventure, and the first key art for the new season has landed online.
Rupert Penry-Jones (Spooks) has been added as Samuel Blake, a nemesis of Clayton’s from the past who has made it his mission to acquire the lucky bracelets for himself. He is described as “an imposing brute of a man; handsome, fiercely intelligent, a master manipulator with excellent contacts on both sides of the law”.
Star James Nesbitt said: “Stan Lee’s Lucky Man is such an exciting series to make and the scripts for this season are brilliant. Harry Clayton’s luck is running out which throws up some interesting storylines. And also takes him, and me, to Hong Kong – the perfect setting for Stan Lee mayhem!”
“I’m thrilled to be joining the cast of Lucky Man for an exciting third series,” added Penry-Jones. “The conniving Samuel Blake is a great character to play who offers all the action, destruction and rivalry you can expect from a classic Stan Lee villain!”
Amara Karan (DS Suri Chohan) and Sienna Guillory (Eve) also star in new episodes.
