The Arconia remains as dangerous as ever, as the Only Murders gang are coming back for a fifth run. 

With its fourth season just begun, news is out that Only Murders in the Building has already been recommissioned for Season 5.

The multiple Emmy award-nominated show stars the engaging trio of Selina Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short. As Mable Mora, Charles-Hayden Savage and Oliver Putnam, three true crime aficionados, they solve murders in and around their New York apartment building via the medium of a podcast.

Season 4 sees the friends investigating the murder of Charles’ stunt double Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch). At the same tine, they’re also dealing with the tribulations of a Hollywood movie about their exploits.

The comedy-drama continues to attract a stellar guest cast, some in character and other playing amusing versions of themselves. The current run includes Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Molly Shannon, Eva Longoria, Zach Galifinakis, Richard Kind, Kumail Nanjiani and Melissa McCarthy.

Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building is currently airing on Hulu / Disney+. New episodes drop on Tuesdays with the season finale on October 8th. Doubtless it will maintain the transition of ending on a cliff-hanger.
