The eight-part series has recently finished filming in Birmingham and London, dropping more sneak peeks as production continues. The newest release of information includes a collection of first looks.

What’s Open Water about?

Based on Caleb Azumah Nelson’s debut novel, the story follows two souls who can’t seem to stay apart from one another. A retail worker trying to make it as a photographer and a student studying dance in Dublin can’t stop thinking about one another from the moment they meet by chance. The main obstacle is one half of the duo is already in a relationship with the other half’s close friend, the two try and navigate a life where they try their best to not betray the friendship standing between them.

Who’s in it?

The cast includes Toheeb Jimoh (Industry) and Dujonna Gift (Ludwig) in the leading roles.
