Best known for their Nikelodeon sitcom, Kenan and Kel and their cult film Good Burger, the comedy duo of Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell have come back together for a new horror-comedy film. Here’s what we know so far:

What’s it about?

Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live) and Kel Mitchell (All That) star as two  delivery drivers who take an unexpected route during a seemingly routine drop-off. Upon finding an unusual castle, the pair unintentionally awaken Frankenstein’s monster, their fight to survive the night ensues.

Who’s in it?

Kenan and Kel are the only confirmed cast members as of yet, with no rumblings of who will take on the iconic role of Frankenstein’s monster. With the duo’s familiarity with US talent, it’s not unexpected to see a star-studded cast get announced in the future.

Who’s behind it?

Kenan has been listed as one of the film’s writers, alongside Jonah Feingold (31 Candles) and John Ryan Jr. (Good Sports). Kenan & Kel Meet Frankenstein will be produced by the titular stars, as well as Will Hariton (The Great Mistake of Dr. Miles), Brian Kavanaugh-Jones (Longlegs), John Ryan Jr., Azim Spicer (Knockout), Carter Swan (The Last of Us) and Monica Weber (Sleepaway Camp).

When’s it out?

Kenan & Kel Meet Frankenstein has no release date, but production is set to begin this summer.
