Inside No. 9 and The League of Gentleman stars Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton will be popping up on the Stand Up to Cancer Celebrity Gogglebox special, it’s been revealed.

“We are big Gogglebox fans and couldn’t be more chuffed to be on the sofa together,” the two said in a statement. “We have slightly questionable telly tastes but as it’s for an amazing cause hopefully the viewers will let it slide. Cancer affects too many of us and we need to pull together and put a stop to it.”

Airing on Friday night at 9pm, Celebrity Gogglebox for Stand Up to Cancer has also brought in Nick and Liv Grimshaw, Martin and Roman Kemp, and Denise Van Outen and Eddie Boxshall for some quality sofa time. It should be a very delightful watch.
