Jackson Lamb and the Slough House team return to handle a conspiracy with far reaching implications.
Drawn from the novels of Mick Herron, Apple TV+ are enjoying success with Slow Horses. So much that, like Seasons 1 and 2, the third and fourth runs of the show are again being filmed back-to-back.
That makes sense when you consider the cast, led by Gary Oldman, includes the likes of Kristin Scott Thomas, Samuel West, Sophie Okonedo, and Jonathan Pryce.
Using Herron’s third novel Real Tigers, the new storyline sees Jackson Lamb and his Slough House team drawn into a conspiracy. Involving a romantic liaison in Istanbul, secrets threated not only the future of his team, but the whole of MI5 itself.
The Slow Horses Season 3 cast includes Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Rosalind Eleazar, Christopher Chung, Freddie Fox, Chris Reilly, Samuel West, Sophie Okonedo, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Kadiff Kirwan and Jonathan Pryce.
New additions to the show for Season 3 include Ṣọpẹ Dìrísù (Gangs of London) and Katherine Waterston (Fantastic Beasts). He plays Sean Donovan, the former head of security at the British embassy in Istanbul, while she is Alison Dunn, an MI5 agent who uncovers a dark secret at the heart of the agency.
Slow Horses Season 3 begins on streams on Apple TV+ from the 29th November, with new episodes following weekly.
