The current season of US Sherlock Holmes drama Elementary will resume in the UK next month.

Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu are reunited as Holmes and Watson following the show’s mid-season break at 9pm on Tuesday 17 February on Sky Living in ‘The Eternity Injection’, the ninth episode of Season 3.

Desperate for a reason to miss his latest Narcotics  Anonymous meeting, Sherlock springs into action when  he hears Watson’s former colleague has gone missing. In an investigation that uncovers two bodies, Sherlock  discovers evidence that the two victims were involved in  the well-paid try-out of a new and dangerous drug:  one capable of driving people mad enough to murder.

With it likely that many more were involved in the tests, Sherlock and Watson’s investigation grows desperate  when they realise there could be many more potential  killers out there.

Meanwhile, Sherlock comes to see the positive side of  the recent violation of his anonymity but his disinterest in  his meetings worries Watson. When Sherlock opens up  to her about his current struggles with maintaining his  sobriety, she starts to wonder whether it is time for her  to move back in.
