Channel 4 has announced Taskmaster series 19 will begin Thursday May 1 at 9 pm

Yes, Greg Davies, his golden head and little Alex Horne will soon be back on our screens for the usual mix of madness and mayhem. You can read the Channel 4 announcement here, but as we revealed earlier this year, the lineup is:

●  Actor, standup and writer Fatiha El-Ghorri

●  American comedian, actor and podcaster Jason Mantzoukas (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place)

●  Actor and writer Mathew Baynton (Ghosts)

●  Podcaster and broadcaster Rosie Ramsey (Shagged. Married. Annoyed)

●  Comedian, actor and podcaster Stevie Martin (Starstruck).

It’s the usual intriguing mix of faces, and we’ve already failed to agree on who we think will win the series.

As the trailer below shows, the show has lost none of its quirky appeal, and we can’t wait to watch. Viewers in the UK get to see Taskmaster series 19 on May 1, other parts of the world can watch via YouTube from May 2.
