A brand new thriller is in development behind the scenes at the popular streamer, here’s what we know about The Surf House:

With a thrilling premise and scenic backdrop, the latest news coming out about Netflix’s newest development project dropping juicy details about what we can expect to see.

What’s The Surf House about?

The stakes are high and the clifftops are even higher as the story of the series whisks us away to sunny Morocco. The place is a magnet for travellers, surfers and all around good vibes. However, the facade of the perfect getaway is hiding a dark side. A woman finds refuge in the area after a mysterious and unfortunate incident in Marrakesh, she soon comes to discover another woman eerily similar to her vanished without a trace. The only clue left behind is the last place she was known to be – the surf house.

Who’s behind it?

Based on author Lucy Clarke’s (The Castaways) thriller of the same name, the series will be spearheaded by Ed Lilly (Industry). Amy Israel (Yellojackets) will be an executive producer alongside Josh Stern (Aftermath), Jessica Rhoades (Station Eleven) and Alison Mo Massey (Spoiler Alert).
