ITV1’s four-part Titanic drama serial continues this weekend with the penultimate episode.
Created by producer Nigel Stafford-Clark (Bleak House) and written by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey) to mark the hundredth anniversary of the world’s most famous maritime disaster in April 1912, Titanic tells the story not just of a single ship, but of an entire society.
Episode 3 airs at 9pm on Sunday 8th April on ITV1. To whet your appetite, here are ten teasing lines of dialogue from the episode…
» ‘I’m not familiar… not to you.’
» ‘Then we will fight to the death.’
» ‘It can’t be as bad as all that.’ – ‘It is! It’s worse!’
» ‘May I enquire why you are half dressed?!’
» ‘I don’t know your name! If I come looking for you tonight I have to know who I am looking for.’
» ‘I don’t think I have dreams. Not like yours.’
» ‘Will you marry me?
» ‘Perhaps you are in danger now…’
» ‘No I can’t leave yet! Not yet.’
» ‘Kiss me in New York.’
