ITV1’s four-part Titanic drama serial concludes this weekend with the final episode.
Created by producer Nigel Stafford-Clark (Bleak House) and written by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey) to mark the hundredth anniversary of the world’s most famous maritime disaster in April 1912, Titanic tells the story not just of a single ship, but of an entire society.
Episode 4 airs at 9pm on Sunday 15th April on ITV1. To whet your appetite, here are some teasing lines of dialogue from the episode…
» ‘We… we weren’t invited’
» ‘He better not try anything like that again or I will not be held answerable for my actions…’
» ‘In a few days we’ll be in New York. You’ve a completely different life ahead of you.’
» ‘You don’t want to bring a girl like that near my cabin’
» ‘Don’t worry they’re going to be coming for us soon…’
» ‘We must go back!’
» ‘It’s my wife you see, I don’t want to leave her’
» ‘I saw something. Pull him in!’
