BBC One crime drama Death in Paradise has been recommissioned for a second series of eight episodes.
Coming to BBC One this autumn, Death in Paradise is a fish out of water story about a quintessential English cop posted to the Caribbean island of Sainte Marie.
With a title straight out of the Agatha Christie phrasebook, Guadeloupe as a backdrop and a twist ending, Death in Paradise could almost be a modern-day sequel to A Caribbean Mystery.
Starring Danny John-Jules (Red Dwarf), BBC One’s Death in Paradise is a fish out of water story about a quintessential English cop posted to the Caribbean island of Sainte Marie.
