Even as Sarah searches for answers, Allison’s paranoia becomes an urgent concern for the Orphans. Sarah has to decide who to entrust with her secret after the separate worlds of Sarah, Alison and Beth collide.

Paul goes missing, which compels Sarah to tackle the conspiracy herself. The fragile trust between Paul and Sarah is ready to disintegrate when Paul finds out Sarah has kept information from him. Cosima is drawn closer to Delphine and Dr Leekie.
