The best bingo TV adverts of all-time

Posted Filed under

Let’s face it; bingo companies make the best television advertisements.

While we recognise that this may be a bold statement, it is also one that can be backed by hours of video footage and hilarious audio productions!

These adverts, many of which are characterised by impressive icons and colourful characters, have wowed viewers across the globe and helped to drive an increasingly young bingo audience. Building on the playfulness of the online bingo platform, these adverts have been central to the success of brands nationwide.

With this in mind, here are three of our own favourite bingo advertisements of all-time: –

1. Foxy Bingo’s Crystal Ball Promotion

Arguably the most fun and interactive bingo brand, the company has wowed fans for years with its playful and loveable mascot ‘Foxy’. One of the best adverts came in 2015, when it highlighted an excellent Crystal Ball promotion offering a staggering £100,000 in free prizes.

Foxy was on absolutely top form as usual, as he encouraged new players to sign up with the brand and receive an unconditional, no-deposit bonus to the value of £5. Offering new players up to £50 on their first deposit, the advert was pivotal in driving huge brand awareness and growth.

2. Gala Bingo New Player Bonus Drive

If you are a fan of simple and slightly cheesy advertisements, Gala Bingo’s spring promotion will have undoubtedly roused your interest. Featuring real players and winners joining in a catchy musical ditty, the advert generates a genuine feel-good factor and creates a rousing backdrop for one of the UK’s largest bingo brands. The promotion was also used to front of the largest give-aways in bingo history, as the brand sought to offer up to £8 million in prizes during the spring period alone!

3. Wink Bingo’s Funky call to new players

One of a breed of new bingosites, the Wink brand has won favour with an extremely funky and energising call to players. Featuring a fun and feel-good theme, the advert is an exercise in how to win over new customers and draw them in to an interactive brand.

Above all else, this particular advert not only commemorated the brand’s seventh year of trading but it also highlighted a number of new and exciting promotions. Offering £10 worth of free bingo tickets to new players and playing capital up to the value of £50, it was a roaring success and one that cemented the brand’s burgeoning reputation as a market leader.
