Esports is among the fastest-growing industries in the world. It is common for fans to watch live proceedings and read sports news of a game on sites like Facebook, and Twitch in their homes.
However, this is changing over the years with the growth of esports arenas. This article will discuss the seven most dedicated esports arenas globally.
Esports Stadium Arlington
It is owned by the City of Arlington and was opened in November 2018. The stadium is the second largest globally, with an area of 100,000 ft2 and a capacity of 2500 seats. Envy Gaming acquired the operating rights for the stadium in January 2022.
The front side, called the Gamer Gallery, is open to the public daily. The most exciting thing is that there are 42 PCs available and the same equipment used by the pro gamers on the central stage.
Esports Stadium Arlington held the Esports Championship Series Season six finale as its first event in 2018.
LOL Park
It is located in Seoul, South Korea. It was built to host the finals of the League of Legends. LOL Park occupies an area of 5000 m2.
The stadium walls welcome you with beautiful scenery of live drawings of the League of Legends’ characters, including inside the lifts. When you walk inside, you’ll notice that the arena is circular. It has a total of 400 seats facing the main stage.
The stage accommodates ten players to play five against five. It also has four big LED screens where the spectators can follow the game’s proceedings. Bilgewater Cafe, which supplies food and drinks, is also at the facility and is open to the public.
HyperX Esports Arena
It is located in Las Vegas on 2800 m2 and has a total capacity of 1000 seats. It was initially called Luxor Esports Arena, but the name changed due to partnership deals. Luxor Hotel opened the arena in March 2018.
The main stage occupies an area of 1400 ft2 and is open to host any esports event. A 50 ft LED screen with two smaller screens makes the viewers’ experience exciting.

It was opened in 2015 and is located in Santa Ana, California. It covers about 1400 m2.
It is always open to the public during the day, with 160 PCs and 60 consoles. Most esports events occur during the night. The stage is usually set up depending on the game’s demand, but the five vs. five is most common.
There is a big screen at the center stage with a smaller screen on the other sides. There is also a balcony facing the main stage, and spectators can sit here to enjoy the view.
Full Sail Esports Stadium
Full Sail University in Florida operates the stadium. It covers an area of 1040 m2 and can host up to 500 spectators during an esports event.
The University specializes in media and arts and even offers degrees in esports. It is one of the reasons that led to the establishment of the stadium in 2019.
It was initially built for Full Sail Armada but can now host any event. With the presence of 354 LED panels and side panels, it would be an understatement to say that the viewers have a world-class experience during an event.
WePlay Esports Arena
