Slow Horses Season 4 – Apple TV+ confirm a September start date

Jackson Lamb and the Slough House team are back with a blast as a bombing detonates personal secrets. 

Apple TV+’s popular spy series has fixed its return date as Wednesday, 4 September 2024.

The show, which follows the exploits of a dysfunctional team of spies, adapts Mick Herron’s novel Spook Street for its fourth series.

Apple TV+ say that “Season four opens with a bombing that detonates personal secrets, rocking Slough House’s already unstable foundations.”

The show, which has already scored a Season 5 commission, stars Oldman as the grumpy misanthropic Jackson Lamb. With him, the returning ensemble includes Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Rosalind Eleazar, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Kadiff Kirwan and Jonathan Pryce.

For the new run, Hugo Weaving, Joanna Scanlan, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke and James Callis join the cast.

Slow Horses season 4 comes from See-Saw Films and is adapted for television by Will Smith (Veep). He executive produces alongside Jamie Laurenson, Hakan Kousetta, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Jane Robertson, Julian Stevens, Douglas Urbanski, Gail Mutrux and. Graham Yost. Season 4’s director is Adam Randall (Night Teeth).

The new storyline begins with a double-episode drop on September 4th, followed by weekly episodes each Wednesday until October 2nd.
