With Season 3 Slow Horses finished and Season 4 already in the can, the spies of Slough House are set to continue.
The exploits of Jackson Lamb and his MI5 misfits continue to be a hit for Apple TV+.
Season 3 of Slow Horses concluded on December 27th. With the fourth already recorded, the streamer has now greenlit a fifth season too.
The news comes via an exclusive in Variety exclusive. The piece also states that Slow Horses Season 5 will adapt Mick Herron‘s fifth book, London Rules.
“Everyone is suspicious when resident tech nerd Roddy Ho has a glamorous new girlfriend, but when a series of increasingly bizarre events occur across the city, it falls to the Slow Horses to work out how everything is connected. After all, Jackson Lamb knows that in the world of espionage, ‘London Rules’ should always apply.”
Slow Horses stars Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb. He returns alongside Kristin Scott Thomas as Diana Taverner, Jack Lowden playing River Cartwright and Christopher Chung as Roddy Ho.
The show comes from See-Saw Films. Will Smith adapts for television and executive produces with Jamie Laurenson, Hakan Kousetta, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Douglas Urbanski, Gail Mutrux, Julian Stevens and Graham Yost.
