Prime Video has announced that it has ordered Life Is Strange to series

The popular video game series will be adapted for streaming, produced under Amazon MGM Studios. You can read more in the press release, but here’s the key details.

What is Life is Strange about?

Max, a photography student, discovers she can rewind time while saving the life of her childhood friend, Chloe. Whilst grappling with this discovery, the pair investigate the disappearance of a fellow student and uncover a hidden side to their town that will ultimately force them to make an impossible choice.

Life is Strange‘s first instalment was popular amongst reviewers and players alike, receiving over 75 Game of the Year awards and listings.

Who’s behind it?

Charlie Covell (End of the F***ing World) will be the creator, executive producer, and showrunner. The series will also be made with Story Kitchen (Sonic the Hedgehog) producers Dmitri M. Johnson, Mike Goldberg, and Timothy I. Stevenson. The series will be available to stream on Prime Video.
