Hidden series 3 will come to our screens later this year
The BBC Cymru Wales and S4C co-commission, which airs as Craith on S4C then as Hidden on BBC One Wales, will return to TV screens later this year. This comes following the announcement that another hit BBC drama, Keeping Faith, will also return to screens this year for its third and final series.
BBC Cymru Wales Head of Commissioning Nick Andrews says:
“Hidden has been a superb returning series for BBC Wales and fans of Cadi and co. will be thrilled that she’s back doing her thing. The production team at Severn has already pulled off two genre-defining series and this latest instalment will be no different. It’s terrifically dark, gripping and intriguing. If the scripts are anything to go by we’re in for another tasty slice of Cymru Noir.”
Hidden series 3 sees the return of Sian Reese-Williams as DCI Cadi John and Siôn Alun Davies as DS Owen Vaughan. No word yet on other casting, though we do know this will be a six-part series.
The first two series are available to watch on BBC iPlayer and had almost 10 million requests during 2020. You can learn more about Hidden on the BBC’s programme page.
