Clarice — new trailer and twitter reminder service just heart a tweet

CBS sequel to Silence of the Lambs is coming in February; see the Clarice new trailer now

As we previously reported (here), CBS is bringing a new series, Clarice, to screens on February 11. To build the excitement their Twitter feed has come to life and offers the Clarice new trailer. As a bonus if you like the tweet, you will get a reminder to watch. The tweet tells us little else:

There’s always more to the story.
Red heart

this Tweet for a reminder to watch #Clarice, premiering February 11 on CBS and CBS All Access.

The trailer builds the central idea. Stage centre (of course) is agent Clarice Starling (Rebecca Breeds). To a cover of John Denver’s  Take Me Home, Country Roads we learn Clarice is being challenged to embrace the version of herself we saw in Lambs. To do this she seems to be going home, where everyone else (middle aged and male) wants to put her in her place and treat her like a precocious child. There’s also a political angle, with Washington featuring large.

It certainly has promise, and we’re still unsighted on a UK date nor where it will be available. As ever we’ll keep you posted.
