The BBC has released a set of new photos from the set of The Musketeers‘ second series, including Marc Warren (Hustle) as the show’s new regular villain, plus guest stars Antonia Thomas (Misfits) and Colin Salmon (Die Another Day).

Series 2 began filming in Prague in April.

Colin Salmon is playing Tariq, “a mysterious interloper on the run from Spain”, while Thomas will play his daughter Samara.

Marc Warren is replacing Peter Capaldi as Series 2’s main villain,the Comte De Rochefort, “a dashing and persuasive aristocrat with a talent for sword fighting and a taste for adventure”.
