ChildLine and BAFTA Kids Vote launch Create and Make Film Competition (sponsored video)

Posted Filed under

Are you aged 7-16? You could have your movie idea turned into a short live action film or animation by top British filmmakers!

The winner of BAFTA Kids Vote and ChildLine’s amazing new competition will be invited up to London to see their final film being created, with return travel and one night’s stay in London for the winner and one parent or guardian!

Two runners-up will each receive a digital video camera and an annual pass to Cineworld cinemas.

Your story should be based around the idea of helping out a friend, demonstrating how much of a difference it can make when friends support each other to help solve a problem. Don’t worry if you’re not great at drawing, as the competition is about your ideas, not your art skills. You can use up to three storyboard sheets (drawings, photographs, collages or even just stick men) to show what’s going on in your film.

The age ranges for entries are 7-10, 11-13 and 14-16 and you can enter as many times as you like (just remember to get permission on each entry from your parent/guardian).

Good luck!
