‘Bad Wolf’ and ‘The Parting of the Ways’ will be screened at 2pm on Saturday 24 August at BFI Southbank.

Update [14 August 2013]: Guests have been confirmed as Dave Houghton (visual effects), director Joe Ahearne, producer Phil Collinson and actor Bruno Langley, who played Adam in ‘Dalek’ and ‘The Long Game’.

The 1996 television movie, starring Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, was originally due to be shown in August, but has been moved to a “little later in the year” to accommodate guest availability.

‘Bad Wolf’ and ‘The Parting of the Ways’ originally aired in June 2005 and starred Eccleston alongside Billie Piper and Noel Clarke as the Ninth Doctor and his companions Rose and Mickey.
