HBO has ordered a further two seasons of Game of Thrones.

Season 4 began airing earlier this month and continues in the UK on Monday night on Sky Atlantic.

Executive producer David Benioff revealed last month that a seven-season run for the fantasy drama is planned.

He explained: “Once we got to the point where we felt like we’re going to be able to tell this tale to its conclusion, that became [an even clearer] goal. Seven gods, seven kingdoms, seven seasons. It feels right to us.”
