An original Game of Thrones cast member has confirmed that they will be returning for the show’s sixth season.
SPOILER WARNING
Speaking at the European premiere for Marvel’s Ant Man in London, Isaac Hempstead Wright revealed he is to start filming scenes at the end of July.
The 16-year-old actor, who plays Bran Stark, was absent from the recently completed fifth season.
Hempstead Wright commented: “I can’t say a lot, but I am back this season and it is going to get particularly interesting with Bran. He has some interesting visions.”
Despite Jon Snow’s apparent death at the end of Season 5, he is hoping that Kit Harrington will reprise his role: “I wish he would because I love Kit and because the character’s so cool.”
The next season of Game of Thrones will air on Sky Atlantic in 2016.
