The CW has announced the return dates for loads of its shows, many of which are currently on their big summer breaks. This American network has become a haven for genre fans in the last few years, and it’s exciting to know when all of our favourite shows will return to their home channel.

Of course, these shows are split across different channels and streaming services here in the UK. We do not know for sure when these shows will return to our screens in the UK, but, in some cases, we can hazard a good guess.
Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Legends Of Tomorrow usually air on Sky One a week after their debut in the USA, before popping up on Now TV once Sky’s broadcast has finished.
New episodes of Black Lightning, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Riverdale tend to arrive on Netflix UK a day after their American premiere.
Supernatural generally takes a while longer to make it across the pond and onto E4, with the gap between the American and British season premieres often being a number of months.
