In the first episode of Season 3, ‘Knock With Me-Rock With Me’, it’s now more than two years since Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans and money is finally arriving to aid the city’s regeneration. But the help of outsiders brings little comfort to the Big Easy locals.
