Queer Eye, which we recently highlighted as a series that everybody should watch, is getting a spinoff book. The Fab Five, who provide the beating heart of Netflix’s makeover/sorting your life out show, will all contribute to this vital tome.
The book is going by the title Queer Eye: Love Yourself, Love Your Life. The cover looks like this…
Karamo Brown, the show’s culture expert who loves having deep conversations in cars, said this to People:
“This is a book that’s for the fans of the show. If you love Queer Eye, you’re going to love this book.”
Bobby Berk, who transforms people’s homes while the cameras aren’t even rolling, added this:
“We’re giving our fans the alternate content that they asked for in a really cool way where they can sit and have a nice intimate moment with it at home.”
Tan France, the French-tuck-loving fashion guru, said this:
“I love that the audience who reads this book will get a greater insight into things that we did on the show but for me, it’s way more about them getting to know us more. I think the reason why this show has been so successful is they’re not just connecting with the heroes, they’re connecting with us five.”
Antoni Porowski and Jonathan Van Ness haven’t commented as of yet, but we’re assured that their food tips and grooming advice will feature in the book. How much do you want to bet that Antoni has a full page about dips?
The Queer Eye book will release on November 15th, and it’s sure to be a fab stocking filler. You can pre-order now from Amazon, if you like.
We’ll bring you more Queer Eye news as we hear it.
