Series 2 of the drama starring Nikki Amuka-Bird and John Simm is coming to BBC iPlayer and BBC One.

From the press release, the show is described as:
…a propulsive whodunnit with family secrets at its core. The apparent death by suicide of high-powered businessman Jack Wright sends shockwaves through his family, leaving a mystery that pits greed, loyalty and suspicion against one another. As his many wives and children fight over the remains of his estate, a dogged police detective investigates – and uncovers the shocking truth about this well-heeled clan.
Series one is produced by Federation Stories. It is directed by Tom Vaughan (A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder) and produced by Nickie Sault (The Virtues). It originally aired on U&alibi and BritBox in 2025. Series one will air later this year on BBC iPlayer and BBC One. BritBox currently has series one in North America and will also carry series two. This announcement comes as production begins on the second series.

The show stars Nikki Amuka-Bird as Sally Wright, John Simm as Gray Wright, Ruby Ashbourne Serkis as Emily Wright, and Daniel Rigby as John Wright. Harry Lloyd returns as DCI Morgan, with new cast members, Tom Austen (Rematch) and Zora Bishop (Hijack) joining for the second series.
