Prime Video has revealed first-look images and premiere date for Harlan Coben’s Lazarus

Starring Sam Claflin (Peaky Blinders) and Bill Nighy (Love Actually), the new mind-bending thriller series from Harlan Coben will premiere on Wednesday, October 22. All six episodes will be released will be released at once.

What is Lazarus about?

Based on an original story idea and written by Harlan Coben and Danny Brocklehurst, the series follows Joel Lazarus (Sam Claflin) who returns home after his father Dr Jonathan Lazarus (Bill Nighy) dies by suicide and begins to have disturbing experiences that can’t be explained. He quickly becomes entangled in a series of cold-case murders as he grapples with the mystery of his father’s death and his sister’s murder 25 years ago.

Additional cast for the series include Alexandra Roach as Jenna Lazarus, David Fynn as Seth McGovern, Karla Crome as Bella Catton, and Kate Ashfield as Detective Alison Brown. With an October release, we expect a trailer later in September. Fans of Harlan Coben still have several series available on Netflix with more to come. Prime Video previously ran the young-adult series Shelter for one season.
