The popular series taking place in Scotland is back and the cast list is out, here’s what we know so far about Rebus 2:
Filming is underway in Edinburgh and Glasgow for the BBC detective series, with new details released to give us a hint of what to expect ahead of the series release next year.
What’s Rebus 2 about?
After the first series, the second throws us right back into the complexities and dramas of our protagonist’s world. If exploring the crime scene in Scotland wan’t enough, he also has to toil over untangling the difficulties of his personal life. He continues to dig into the murky background behind the current criminal activity, finding a thread leading all the way to the world of finance, packed with enough money and power to make people like him disappear should they go looking where they’re not welcome.

When’s it out?
Although there’s no specific date, the second series is due to come out in 2027.
