Jackson Lamb and his team will be back for another season, potentially confirming the show into 2026.
In a pretty unsurprising move, streamer Apple TV+ has announced a sixth season of its hit series Slow Horses.
Adapted from the novels by Mick Herron, the show stars Gary Oldman as the cantankerous leader of the team based at Slough House. That’s the home for spies who’ve made potentially career-ending mistakes.
The fourth series has just concluded and we’ve known about the fifth for a while. Now, we’re told the show will adapt the events of two of Mick Herron’s novels: ‘Joe Country’ and ‘Slough House’.
Slow Horses Season 6
Season six sees the Slow Horses on the run as Diana Taverner (Kristin Scott Thomas) embroils them all in a fatally high-stakes game of retaliation and revenge.
Slow Horses stars Oldman, alongside Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Rosalind Eleazar, Christopher Chung, Samuel West, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke, Joanna Scanlan and Jonathan Pryce.
See-Saw Films produces the series Apple TV+.
We’ll keep you posted on season 6 and all things Slow Horses.
