Stranger Things season 5 has been in production since January 2024.
Yesterday, November 6th, was Stranger Things day. Named for the in-universe date that Will Byers (Noah Schapp) went missing in the first season, it’s a handy place to drop news.
While we’re still way off a start date, Netflix took the opportunity to reveal some details. Namely, the eight episode titled and when season 5 takes place.
“In the fall of 1987, one last adventure begins …”
So, Stranger Things Season 5 consists of The Crawl, The Vanishing Of, The Turnbow Trap, Sorcerer, Shock Jock, Escape From Camazotz, The Bridge and The Rightside Up.
Of the eight titles, we’re instantly drawn the second which seemingly conceals a spoiler. With the finale named The Rightside Up, we’re hopefully looking at a happy ending of sorts too.
You can find the first four seasons of the show on Netflix. Plus, there’s a feature on Tudum that is worth checking out too
Also, the acclaimed Stranger Things: The First Shadow, a prequel stage play, is still running at the Phoenix Theatre in London’s West End. The show is currently booking until April 6th, 2025.
We’ll keep you posted on all things Stranger Things.
