Sky has today announced the eight-episode limited series The Flight Attendant will air from 19 March on Sky One and NOW TV
The Flight Attendant is a story of how an entire life can change in one night. A flight attendant (series star and executive producer Kaley Cuoco (Big Bang Theory)) wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man – and no idea what happened. The dark comedic thriller is based on the novel of the same name by New York Times bestselling author Chris Bohjalian. Starring alongside Cuoco are Michiel Huisman, Zosia Mamet, T.R. Knight, Michelle Gomez, Colin Woodell, Merle Dandridge, Griffin Matthews, Nolan Gerard Funk and Rosie Perez.
The Flight Attendant debuted on November 26 in the U.S. and was quickly renewed for a second season (despite being described as a limited series). The critically acclaimed first season has a 98% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes from nearly 60 critics’ reviews (and a 68% audience score.) The show has received numerous award nominations, including several for Cuoco herself.
You can catch the trailer while you wait for the show to arrive on Sky One and Now TV in March. The full press release is available from Sky.
