Kiefer Sutherland hunts Boyd Holbrook in the first footage from Quibi’s upcoming Fugitive series…

Quibi has released a first teaser for its The Fugitive reboot, which stars 24‘s Kiefer Sutherland and Narcos‘ Boyd Holbrook as a brilliant detective and his on-the-run prey respectively.

Nick Santora (Scorpion) is behind the series, which will debut on the new streaming service later this year. Quibi’s concept is that its shows have episodes that are only around 7-10 minutes in length, meaning you could binge an entire series in about an hour if you wanted to.

“When a bomb rips through the Los Angeles subway train he’s riding on, blue-collar Mike Ferro (Holbrook) just wants to make sure his wife, Allison, and 10-year-old daughter, Pearl, are safe. But the faulty evidence on the ground and ‘tweet-now, confirm-later’ journalism paint a nightmarish picture: It looks to all the world that Mike was responsible for the heinous act. Wrongfully and very publicly accused, Mike must prove his innocence by uncovering the real perpetrator, before the legendary cop (Sutherland) heading the investigation can apprehend him.”
