Amazon Prime has dropped the official trailer for sci-fi film The Tomorrow War

Coming on July 2, The Tomorrow War may have just found a less used time travel trope to build a film around. Here’s their synopsis:

Chris Pratt is Dan Forester, a teacher who is drafted into a war that takes place in the future. In order to save the future, he’ll need to confront his past…

The cast includes: Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy), JK Simmons (Invincible) and Yvonne Strahovski (Stateless, The Handmaid’s Tale). The film is directed by Chris McKay (Lego Batman Movie) and written by Zach Dean.
