In some news that will be music to the ears of superhero fans around the world, Netflix have bagged the international streaming rights for DC Universe’s upcoming series, Titans…
It’s an unexpected move as Titans is set to air on newborn streaming service DC Universe in the US and Netflix have never shown a series concurrently airing on another streaming service. It also won’t air on Netflix in China as it isn’t available over there.
Titans will follow a number of young superheroes, some of whose exploits haven’t previously been seen on the small screen. Those superheroes include Brenton Thwaites as Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven and Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, and we’ll get to see their combined efforts to save the world.
The series will start in the US on Friday 12th October, and we imagine it’ll premiere on Netflix in the UK the following day but there’s no confirmation as to when exactly Titans will land on international Netflix.
