Netflix’s hit sitcom Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is set to return to our screens in May, the streaming service has announced. But the new series is going to be split into two chunks.
A fourth series of the show, overseen as always by executive producers Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, will kick off on May 30th. That’s when the first six episodes will land. The second half of the new season won’t be with us until later in 2018, though, and Netflix hasn’t announced the date for the rest as of yet.
The core cast of Ellie Kemper, Tituss Burgess, Jane Krakowski and Carol Kane all return for the new run of the show.
