Created and written by Ashley Pharoah and Matthew Graham (Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes), ITV1’s Eternal Law focuses on two lawyers with a twist – they are angels placed on earth to do good.
The battle for control of the earth takes a worrying twist in this week’s episode when fallen-angel Richard manipulates Tom into letting his sympathy for humanity get the better of him.
Episode 4 airs at 9pm on Thursday 26th January on ITV1. To whet your appetite, here are ten teasing lines of dialogue from the episode…

» “You can say ‘knickers’, you won’t burst into flames.”
» “It’s a very bad idea to Google yourself.”
» “Were you picking your nose when they taught you prosecution upstairs?”
» “You think Gemma’s suffered enough? Welcome to the Tesco of suffering, piled high on every shelf.”
» “If you want to continue making no sense whatsoever you can do so in court.”
» “Churches, mosques, temples; all these confused people grovelling to a silent maker.”
