The executive producer of ITV1’s Whitechapel has hinted at what viewers should expect from next year’s third series, warning: “If you thought the Ripper and Krays were scary, just wait”.

ITV have commissioned an extended third series of crime drama Whitechapel, with starring Rupert Penry-Jones, Phil Davis and Steve Pemberton all returning.
