We caught up with lifeguard Andrew ‘Reidy’ Reid from the show to find out what he likes to watch to relax…
Favourite TV show to cheer you up:
“Entourage. I just love the whole lifestyle that those guys live. They are just a good bunch of mates and they are just having a good time.”
Favourite TV show to watch before going to sleep:
“Probably if I want to go to sleep I’d watch some English show. They usually put me to sleep!”
Favourite TV show to watch hungover:
“The Simpsons without a doubt. Sunday morning Simpsons after a Saturday night! There’s nothing better than just laying there when you can’t move and you just laugh. And I do like Family Guy.”
Favourite “guilty pleasure” TV show
“Probably Beauty and the Geek. I like it that the beauties on there are very attractive and it’s cool how they hang out with geeky dudes. I like seeing the underdog get up. I’m a bit of a nerd on computers I suppose.”
Axed TV show that you most wish would return:
“Oh there was one I used to watch and I couldn’t believe they cut it off. I’ll have to say Young Talent Time. It was like Australian Idol. Dannii Minogue was on it. The other one on it, she was pretty big singing over here, Tina Arena.”
