Created and written by Ashley Pharoah and Matthew Graham (Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes), ITV1’s Eternal Law continues this week.
So far this is a wonderful take on a novel that has proved notoriously hard to adapt to the screen since its publication in 1993.
With Eternal Law’s third episode, the script writers playfully tackle such earthy subjects as angelic sex drive and sexual performance.
Eternal Law remains a well-acted, enjoyable show, even if the idea of angels coming to earth and working as lawyers hasn’t yet been explored as intricately as it could be.
