As we celebrate the tenth anniversary of Doctor Who‘s return, we decided to take a look back at all the “Bad Wolf” references in the show over the past decade…
‘The Doctor Dances’
The bombs being dropped by the Germans – including the one that Captain Jack is seen sitting on top of – have the words “Schlechter Wolf” (“Bad Wolf” in German) written on them.
‘Boom Town’
The Doctor notices that Margaret Slitheen’s nuclear power station project in Cardiff is called “Blaidd Drwg” (“Bad Wolf” in Welsh).
‘Bad Wolf’
The Doctor, Rose and Captain Jack find themselves trapped in TV game shows being made by the Bad Wolf Corporation.
‘The Parting of the Ways’
Rose realises the significance of the message after seeing “Bad Wolf” written across the tarmac outside her home.
‘Tooth and Claw’
The Host says to Rose: “The wolf, there’s something of the wolf about you!”
‘Love & Monsters’
The Torchwood Institute’s files on Rose Tyler are said to have been corrupted by the Bad Wolf virus.
