BBC Studios and Toshiba TV have unveiled new partnership to mark the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who which includes a live interactive panel, Doctor Who: Beyond the Screen, featuring some of the experts and creative minds who have shaped the show into what it is today.

The invite-only event will be hosted on Saturday 9 December 2023 at a top-secret London location, and the panel will be live streamed on Twitch and available on the official Doctor Who YouTube channel.

Toshiba TV, as the sponsor of the event and live stream, is also offering the chance to win a limited number of in-person tickets to the one-off immersive event and special screening for persons over 18 years of age and living in the UK.

Doctor Who will return in November 2023 with three 60th anniversary specials starring David Tennant as the Fourteenth Doctor and Catherine Tate as companion Donna Noble titled The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder and The Giggle.

Ncuti Gatwa will star in his first full Doctor Who episode as the Fifteenth Doctor in the Doctor Who Christmas special alongside Millie Gibson as companion Ruby Sunday in December 2023.

A new 8-episode Doctor Who series starring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor and Millie Gibson as Ruby will debut in Spring of 2024.
