The fifth chapter of the six-chapter series Doctor Who: Flux is titled Survivors Of The Flux.

As the forces of evil mass, the Doctor, Yaz and Dan face perilous journeys and seemingly insurmountable obstacles in their quest for survival.

What? You mean they didn’t face perilous journeys and seemingly insurmountable obstacles in their quest for survival in previous episodes of Doctor Who: Flux? This “synopsis” is about as generic as them come and, without the companion names, it could easily describe virtually any Doctor Who episode since 1963.

We’ll update this article if there are any clues in the partial guest cast list – assuming one is released.

Our best guess is that Thaddea Graham (Bel), after appearing in Once, Upon Time and Village of the Angels, is also in Survivors Of The Flux. The trailer screen shot below may be from the episode.

Written by Chris Chibnall and directed by Azhur Saleem, Survivors Of The Flux, the fifth chapter of Doctor Who: Flux, will premiere Sunday, 28 November, at 6:25pm BT on BBC One and at 8:00pm ET on BBC America.
