Cardiff hosted another Doctor Who night shoot on Tuesday, March 19. This time the area of the Glamorgan Building of Cardiff University was set-dressed as Bois de Boulogne, a park in Paris.
When is Cardiff not Cardiff? When it’s being France. Filming prep underway for an evening shoot at the Glamorgan Building in the Civic Centre. pic.twitter.com/gkoZMKJYUs

A number of extras were reported to be on the scene along with Jodie Whittaker, whose costume seems to include a darker version of the thirteenth Doctor’s coat and socks.
And there is a glimpse of what looks like a white collar underneath Jodie Whittaker’s bulky coat.
A large lighting crane was employed to light the night scene as well as equipment used to dampen the pavement.
From a contact: “A few extras in jackets outside Glamorgan Building. Big crane with lighting rig. Bouncer on the door. Didn’t recognize any cast. There was a water browser so I’m guessing maybe something will be done outside and they will dampen the pavements etc.” #dwsr pic.twitter.com/rVWCLvN4b4

The era depicted in the filming is believed to be mid 20th century due to the presence of the Cross of Lorraine. A World War II era car with a German Cross was spotted in Cardiff as well.
I think they were filming in Cardiff today. German WW2 car. #Cardiff pic.twitter.com/PcXNYzR17I
